According to your description, you have some problems with dataset discoverability in OneLake, you can try the following to solve it.
1. Shortcuts in Table Folders: OneLake automatically synchronizes metadata when you create shortcuts to Delta or Parquet-formatted data in the Lake Warehouse All-in-One Table folder. This means that folders containing Delta-formatted data are recognized as tables and become discoverable.
2. Permission settings: The visibility of a dataset in the data center often depends on permission settings. Even if a dataset is not marked as discoverable, users with specific permissions may still be able to see it. If needed, utilize Microsoft Fabric's project-level permissions to set finer-grained access controls.
3. Caching or indexing issues: Sometimes data centers cache or index datasets for faster search and retrieval. If the cache or index is not updated after changing the discoverability settings for a dataset, the dataset may still show up in searches. If possible, clear the cache or re-index the dataset in the datacenter (this can usually be done through the datacenter's administrative interface).
