Dataset connection disabled at config page PowerBI online

Automatic data refresh failed.
Because of missing connection/login.
I want to reconnect, but the Dataset connection options are disabled!?
I am PowerBI admin and also nothing changed in config as I could always access this options previously...

Hi!

You can find everything in the screenshot.
There is no error - the option for connection is disabled!?
Dataset is a azure blob storage which did refresh daily without problem, connection and content did not change...
No gateway used.

HI @Anonymous ,

According to error message, it seems like refresh failed due to credentials not valid. Please check you datasource credential and update it if it not works.
In addition, you can also check on azure side to confirm if any changes apply on your credentials.

Hi!

As described already an seen on the screenshot, there is no possibility to change and correct any credential, because the option is disabled!
