I'm getting the following error when I try to refesh my DataMart.
"Error: undefinedErrorMessage=The current operation was canceled because one or more operations failed..HttpStatusCode=0."
Does anyone know why this may be happening? Its only connecting to two data sources. One in Shared Folders and one in SharePoint. They have both worked previosuly.
Solved! Go to Solution.
We found the problem. One of the data sources had a field with a marked key on. We changed the format of this field from text to number, and this seems to have caused the problem.
It would have been really helpful if the error messages had told us this, as when we went to refresh the data source, there was no indication that this was what was causing the whole Datamart not to run.
I added the suggestion as you recommended and have fed this back
The error was caused by faulty data in one of the sheets sourced from Smartsheets. It took some time to identify the problematic table, but eventually, I pinpointed the specific column causing the issue. I resolved it by changing the column's data type to "any."
Steps to troubleshoot this:
1. Exported the power query template from datamarts using the 'Export template' button.
2. Created a new dataflow Gen 2.
3. Imported the PQT file into dataflow Gen2 and tried to load it.
4. It failed to refresh but produced a detailed report of load status of each table.
5. Figured out that one of the tables had a "failure to convert to number error".
The detailed error report needs to be available in Datamarts as well!
@mbrierley Probably some kind of transient issue in the Service. Seems to be happening recently. You'll have to contact support and provide them with the correlation ids to get to the bottom of what is going on.
