I have created a workspace and dataflows within. I have given colleagues access to the workspace.
When I go to Excel > Get Data > From Power Platform > Dataflows - I can see the workspace and the related dataflows below.
Colleagues can only see the workspace folder but when they drop down they cannot see the dataflows.Colleague view

Hi, @Anonymous
You can check if the Dateflow you created has an endpoint
Also check to see if your colleagues in the same workspace are assigned the appropriate permissions. They need at least Contributor access to view and interact with the dataflow.
It's also possible that you can't see the data because the refresh hasn't finished yet.
If you can, can you show me how you created a dataflow without private information, either directly in your workspace in the Power BI service
Provide access to people at the workspace level (admins/members/contributors/viewers), but in the tenant settings, there is an option to enable or disable access for the entire organization. These settings override the workspace settings. You can check it.
