Dataflows + PostgreSQL = FAIL

Im having trouble since yesterday.

All our dataflows connections are breaked showing us this problem:

Transcript: Ocorred an exception: DataSource.MissingClientLibrary: Install a version 4.0.10.0 or before Npgsql.

This was working for several months without problems.

Please, my business depends it.

Is the workspace in which the dataflow resides assigned premium capacity?

Is there any other more obvious error message?

We use it in a Pro license. The interesting in another account still works.

The callback message is just it, but I can connect to the server with others softwares and the PBI Desktop.
