Dataflows - OAEP padding error

I'm getting an error on a dataflow query that previously worked fine.

The query takes files from SharePoint and combines them using a custom function. The error occurs before this happens and I use Table.Buffer to buffer the list of files pulled from SharePoint (I find this dramatically improves the query performance).

It used to work with no problems but now comes up with the below error.

EDIT: The actual problem is with the step before where I add on an index column.
