Dataflow evaluation error: Evaluation ran out of memory and can't continue using Common Data Service

Hi,

I encounter the evaluation error when I tried to refresh a new dataflow, which is connected to a crm dynamics api with no on-premises gateway specified. 

 

I am able to connect successfully to the API to build a DF. However, when refreshing the DF, some entities are refreshed successfully but most failed, caused by the evaluation out of memeory error:

Would anyone know what might have caused the failure and where I should start looking? I have other dataflows set up connecting to an Odata and these dataflows have been refreshing fine.

Hi @TTZ ,

Does there any complex custom function applied to the Entity B? Could you please try to  limit the rows to a smaller amount and see if that all works?That will allow you to see if there is a size limit or a timeout limit some where.

There is no complex custom function applied in any of the data. 

In the end, I got my admin to increase the dataflow container size as per suggestion from a few blogs that I found:

After the increase, I managed to refresh the DF successfully - though it took a little while.
