Dataflow Refresh Failure

Hello. I've been refreshing a dataflow for a while, and kept receving the following error. What does it mean? The issue just started today. It used to finish in just about 10 mins. I've tried creating a new dataflow in the same workspace, same error. I'm connecting to MS SQL Server. Thank you!

Error: PipelineException: A task was canceled. . RootActivityId = {...}.Param1 = PipelineException: A task was canceled. Request ID: {...}.

Update: I restarted my computer and it fixed the issue.

Hi @DataSundowner ,

The error message is indicating that you have a parameter.  Do you have a parameter in your queries?  Or, incremental refresh with a field that is not quite right (it has non date data in the data source)?

Thank you @collinq. I don't have any parameter in my query. It's a straight copy of a table in the datawarehouse. The preview loads fine with no issues.

Hey @DataSundowner ,

That makes me wonder if something changed in SQL or the gateway or the dataflow itself.  This could be a permissions between the three.  And, since you stated that you created a new dataflow and keep getting the same message then I am wondering if it is a change in the data itself of the connection to SQL?
