Dataflow Internal Error

Anyone else experiencing dataflow internal errors today? I cannot seem to refresh any dataflows or datasets connected to dataflows in service or desktop.

Had some people working on it. It seems to be fixed

I also cannot save changes to dataflows due to internal error
