DataFlow behavior change

Hi everybody,

Нas anyone recently noticed a strange transformation in the DataFlow behavior when querying SQL DB?

Up to the last week the following construction worked perfectly:

SQL = "SELECT * FROM [dbo]. [Table]",

Source = Sql.Database (Server, DB, [Query = SQL])

Now, on saving a query in dataflow, the latter transforms the query to:

Source = Sql.Database(Server, DB), that is removes [Query = SQL]).

The following request created using the interface (or manually) still works:

Source = Sql.Database(Server, DB, [Query = "SELECT * FROM [dbo].[Table]"])

The first scenario still works on the Desktop…

I have a huge number of queries written according to the first pattern. I'm puzzled what to do with all this legacy now.

Same issue here and it's a HUGE deal!!!

1) I had several dataflows that used SQL native queries up and running until friday

2) I received a refresh error, when I open a dataflow, those queries now have removed the native part and are just showing the tables available in the database

3) Only 2 out of my 3 dataflows have this error.

4) I had my dataflow jsons saved and they worked, now if I create a new dataflow I have the same issue

Help please!! All of our reports are now broken. im desperate!

It seems they fixed it 🙂
