DataFlow Sharepoint folder Issue

Hi all

I have some trouble to save my dataflow.

I've already replicate the same query and parameters but when I tried to save, it apears an error.

I've stuck with that.

 

Please somebody can help me?

@Anonymous , I saw your solution (https://community.powerbi.com/t5/Power-Query/Combining-files-from-SharePoint-Folder-using-Dataflows/m-p/708587#M23657) and it helped me, but I now can't save the dataflow, do you know what might be happening?
