when i am refreshing in power bi service above issue is coming please help me asap.

Hi, @anjanikumar 

Make sure nothing has changed in your data source.

If possible, it is recommended to republish your reports to the PowerBI service.

Check your data source asap - it has changed format and your Power Query script cannot handle that.
