I am the owner of the semantic models of all the reports in a workspace. I can set the data refresh schedule. When my colleague tries to set the refresh times, it is greyed out. He is also workspace admin.
Is the only way for him to be able to is to take ownership of the model?

@SuperCal99 , You must be the owner of dataset that's why it is greyed out for your collegue,
He can set refresh after taking over dataset .
Right click on semantic model and then click on Take over then he will be able to set refresh
