Data is not loaded correctly in Power BI Service

Hi,

  Some of the columns data is not showing up correctly in power bi services. 

For example - I have 3 datasets

DS1:

Column1	Column2
A	D
B	E
C	F

DS2:

Column1	Column4
A	D
B	E
D	G

DS3 - Full Join DS1 and DS2 on Column 1 in power query editor

DS1.Column1	DS2.Column1
A	A
B	B
C
	D

Data shwon in Power BI service:

DS1.Column1	DS2.Column1
A
B
C
	D

When i downaloded the PBIX file and checked in desktop,DS3 data looks fine in Power Query editor but not fine in Data tab. If i refresh all the dataset in power bi desktop then data looks fine.

It happned multiple times. Any idea?

Note:  Joins are happned in Power Query editor itself and no modelling done. Due to sensitive data, i could not share the PBIX file.

@v-yalanwu-msft - Thanks for the reference!

I have already dsibaled all the datsets which are not required for my visuals. I don't see any performance issues, in fact refersh completes in 4 mins in services.
