Data in report visible in edit mode, not when saved?

Hello everyone,

I have a sales report with a matrix with Office - Seller - Customer name - Order number on the rows. When I am in the edit mode I can press the "+" all the way down to ordernumber and see the values, however, when I save the report and refresh the page and try to drill down to ordernumber I can only see Office-Seller. So I can see the office and the seller, but when i press the "+" on seller it turns to a "-" but does not show the customer name, as it did before saving the report. 

I have also tried to build the exact same matrix in the desktop view without any problems. 

Has anyone else experienced somehting similar? If so, what did you do to resolve it?

@Jodallen123 Assuming you are in the Service, first thing to try is resetting your report filters using the button in the upper right corner of the report. Are you using RLS?
