Data flows refresh error

I am getting the following error when I refresh one of my data flows.

Error: Request ID: 0cc5528c-37ad-e603-36ed-85ca706434e3 Activity ID: 61f79de2-b4c1-44d1-9d8c-4fedfdb46c5e

This particular data flow gets data from other data flows that are refreshing without issues. What is causing this and how do I resolve it.

Hi. Have you donwload the csv with the details?

If you can do that it might help us help you, because that message is not saying anything. If that keeps like that you will need to copy all the code in the data flow and take it to a Power Bi Desktop. Try refreshing there. It usually shows more details for errors.

The Error quoted above is from the downloaded file. What is curious is that all the failed refresh attempts (about 6 of them) are terminating at 6:02 minutes. I don't know whether this is a coincidence.
