Data box is not showing up when hovering (works in Desktop, not in Online/Service)

Recently, the data box that normally appeared when hovering over a point in the line on the combined line and stacked column chart has stopped working.  This feature was very useful for our visuals, especially our budget and spend trend lines to which a tooltip cannot be added (that I know of).  For all the various visuals we have in our report, I have confirmed that it only appears to be affecting the lines in the combined reports.  Other chart features have tooltips and they are working as expected.  According to our users, this appears to have stopped working about a week ago in our report published in Power BI Service.  The Desktop version works normally.

DESKTOP:  Cumulative Line...

ONLINE SERVICE... There is no box displaying when hovering over the point.
