Data alerts on customer level

Hi,

i know how to set data alers on standart gauges and KPI

(  Set data alerts in the Power BI service - Power BI | Microsoft Learn   )

but i have table with like ... 50 customers, where i have colums on sales reaching target.

and i would like to get notification when customer(s) , and which (returning variable ) already reached target. 

as i understand this is not possible in PBI.. ?

so then i quess i have to go to PowerAutomate or use SQL triggers.

if power automate - what you would suggest - go premium connector to SQL, or there is some possibilily to get this via free PBI connector ?
