Data alerts not refreshed every time data changes

I have a dataset with several reports and data alerts. Every day I refresh the data in PowerBI desktop and publish it to the Service.

I noticed that the tiles with data alerts only get refreshed when I visit a dashboard and not every time the data changes. I know this because I have set to send an email when an alert is triggered and I checked a report and saw that the threshold was reached, but I never received any email about it. I have also tried changing the frequency to 1 hour and 24hours and waited and changed the data and reached the threshold again and published it, but the tiles are not refreshed. It is only when I visit the dashboard that the tiles start to refresh and the alerts are triggered.
How can I modify this so that the tiles are refreshed every time the data changes? My application doesn't require to visit dashboards every day.
