Hi @saaquib ,

Thanks for reaching out to the Microsoft Fabric Community forum.

To configure Power BI to only refresh new data rows, you can use the Incremental Refresh feature. This allows you to set up your dataset to only load new or updated rows based on a defined date column.

In Power Query, create two parameters named StartDate and EndDate. These parameters will be used to filter the date column of your data table.

you should look at incremental refresh. Refer to this link : https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/connect-data/incremental-refresh-configure

Hi @saaquib , To refresh or load only recent data please use Incrimental refresh in Power BI this will only load the newly added data and will increase the performance Below are the steps

  • In Power Query, create two parameters: RangeStart and RangeEnd.
  • Set their data type to Date/Time.
  • In Power Query, apply a filter on the date column using RangeStart and RangeEnd.
  • Use >= for RangeStart and < for RangeEnd.
  • Publish the Report/Model to Power BI Service
  • Select your table in the Fields pane.
  • Go to Modeling > Incremental Refresh.
