Data Refresh Error

I am trying to refresh the dataset of several projects in the Power BI service and schedule the refresh but this always happens,  FYI the data sources are located in SharePoint and SSMS.
The following error appears every time I refresh

I tried to change the privacy level to "Organizational" and set new getaways but it didn't work.
What I do to get the project updated is: Open the project locally, refresh it, and then publish it. However, I want to avoid this and let all the organization refresh the project whenever they want or just have a refresh schedule

You need a Gateway installed. Is your Sharepoint online or is it Local? or maybe you have another source in your dataset besides Sharepoint Oline, is it?

hi @aj1973

Thank you so much for this answer, the only problem here is the SharePoint Folder connector is so slow on our rather large site, so I'd like to know if you know any other way to make the web connector work here. This is because every time that I work with PowerQuery I have to wait to do something
I really appreciate your help 🙂

😀So the document is in Sharepoint and you want to use a WEB connector just because you might think that the connection is slower using Sharepoint connector ! That's cute. 😚

I am sorry but you really don't have no choice but to use Sharepoint connector in order to have the refresh go through in the service.

Hi @Anonymous

This happens all the time, You have chosen the wrong connector to Sharepoint

Go back to Desktop and change the connector to Sharepoint Folder instead of using WEB.
