I am failing to refresh my data and cannot seem to find what is the issue.
Can anyone assist me here? I was thinking it was because I recently changed my O365 password so it could not link but I did manage to get that reconnected and it still is unable to pull the data.

Hi - thanks so much for your prompt reply! I actually have just figured it out. It was in fact a problem of credentials after I changed my password in O365. I had to reconnect within the "schedule refresh" section.
