Data Flow

Here is my problem.

We have two emails , one email(email A) is used to login the PC and to work daily office work.

Another one (email B) which subcribed with Power BI pro subscription. (which has different domain name differ from email A)

So when we installed standard version of data gateway , we got installed the gateway app to the pc where email A is used , so my IT dept admin came and installed the gateway app standard version and signed in the app with email B since our power bi pro subscription belongs to email B.

So when i try to set up a data flow connection to a shared drive folder where email A has access to it, with using correct domain/user name and password of email A , it says invalid credentials .

Could somebody help me with this . Thanks a lot in advance!!!

Please see the screenshot for the error encountered.Capture3.JPG

HI @Rasitha_PB,

I think you need to use an account with permission to access the device that installed the gateway instead of direct use email accounts.
