Data Activator - cant see all the user at Recipient box

Data Activator - cant see all the user at Recipient box at the action section

it seems like a bug,because when i click the right arrow bar next to the Recipient box it gives me not users but propertise 

pls help

Hi haven't solved it ,still some of the contact cant be seen even thougth i can add them, for exammple to subscribed report emails from the same workspace

when i click on the arrow next to the recipiente box it gives me the properties see below-

and when im typing it gives me some of our user and some are not visible eventhough i can see them when im adding subscription..

You can logout from your account and login again and check. If still it is not working you can open a ticket with Microsoft support.

In my computer environment, I can search and view senders and receivers in the Recipients(box), and the function works fine.

It looks like you are experiencing a problem. Could you please provide more details about the error message and the Power BI Service version?
Please try the following tests.
1. Clear your browser cache and log back into Power BI Service and set an alert.
Alternatively, create a new Activator and check if the error you are experiencing is reproduced.
Get data for Activator from Power BI - Microsoft Fabric | Microsoft Learn

Ensure that you and your users have sufficient permissions to view and manage the list of recipients of Data Activator.

Can you provide your Service version information.
This is the Power BI Service version information I used for my testing.
