Dashboard sharing
Hi guys.
In my organization, I am the only one with a PRO account.
My manager wants me to publish the dashboard, share the view of it with him so that he, my manager, can share it with the client. Both the client and my manager have corporate email, but they don't have a BI account, not even a free one.
So, with my PRO account, is it possible for me to share with them, without publishing on the web? If so, how do I do that, please.

Not officially. If you want to share a report and have any sort of security on it, you need to use the Service. And, the service is only accessed by users with a Pro license.
If you want to share it and don't care at all about security and don't care about your external client being able to drill into your data you can share the .pbix file directly.

You can provide the "Publish to web" embed link and anyone with the link can access your report.
Note:
1. Publish to web works irrespective of whether the person accessing link has any type of Power BI License
2. Publish to web has some limitations
3. Anyone with embed link will be able to access the report; Hence, it is not recommended for sensitive data
With this option, you don't even have to share the .pbix and hence your user doesn't even need to download the Power BI software in his machine.
