Dashboard is not displayed once it is shared to internal user

Dear Experts, I need help or explanation why my dashboard cannot be displayed to other users. 

We have applied for temporary Power BI Pro Licence. Here is a error log screen.

Have you implemented Row-level security (RLS) for your datasets?

Based on my research, this issue may related to Row-level security (RLS) in Power BI. Please make sure you have added all the users you want to share to the corresponding roles before sharing the dashboard.
