Helper ICustom branding changing green buttons

I do not think it is currently possible. The custom theme applies to the top navigation bar, not to the buttons.
When a customer needs customization, what we (My team) do is that we create a custom portal in which we embed all the reports and makes it easier for them to customize it an apply all the required branding. Thank you for your response and thank you for your offer. We have an in-house team that can make custom portals for applications so I will take it up with them.
