Custom Column Stops Working on Service

I have a table containing booking charges for inmates. I have a custom column that puts 1 next to any row that contains and alchol related charge. This is then displayed on multiple visuals along side other charges. However, once uploaded to Service it will work for a few days then break down and say the value is 0. To fix it I need to reupload the entire file. Any help would be lovely!

I guess it is most likely affected by the filters on the report page including filters from slicers, filters pane. Except the value of Alcohol_Charges is wrong, are the values of other items in this visual correct?
