Hi All,
Our some of the users are facing the below issue on Service:
Whenever they click on custom color from color pallete, they can see black screen there. On desktop its working fine but on service, issue is occuring.
Could someone help to fix this bug?

Can you please create a support ticket at HERE to identify the issue.
I just tested in my powerbi service and it is perfectly fine.
