I have a set of reports that show visualizations using Canadian currency. I've found an online website from where I can link current currency exchange rates into my model (imported and linked as a table). I now want to be able to place a currency selector or slicer into my various reports, so that users can choose which currency they would like for their reports.
For instance, one piece of data that I show in Canadian currency is "Savings." To display the savings in any currency, do I first have to create dozens of table columns where I multiply the original Canadadian figures by the exchange rates, and then add that slicer to the reports? Or, is there any easier way where all my existing visualizations can simply be multipled by the corresponding exchange rate from the exchange table that I have loaded?
I'm an amateur (if you haven't guessed already). Thanks.

Hi,
I built my Power BI Model and reports without creating any complex DAX formulas. I'm looking for something equally simple using the available software tools in Power BI Desktop. I'm not a programmer, so any solution requiring DAX may not work for me.
