Creating a Dataflow is not an Option

Hi,

I'm using a Shared Workspace (on Shared Capacity) and when I click the "Create" button, dataflows are not listed as an option, only Dashboard, Report, Dataset, and Streaming dataset. For more context, I am a Pro user, and I do have access to an Enterprise gateway. Does an admin of the tenant need to enable dataflows? Why is creating a dataflow not an option?

Yes, Adin has disabled the create and use Dataflows in power bi admin portal, please contact your power bi Admin for it.
