Create Measures

New Measures

It's  make sens that user cam have the possibility to create measures

on the web service not just on desktop edtion

as mush he can create new reports

 

i didnot see this option ???

It is not supported at this moment, you can check this idea Measures in Power BI Service and vote it up.
