Could I publish a template app as an organization app if customised?

Hi,

In Power BI Service, I could search for template apps to download and install. These are created by third parties. I was wondering if I could download one of these apps, customize it a bit (e.g. add / change some of the visualizations) and then republish the new version as an organization app? 

I'm currently working on a Power BI report which allows me to visualize usage of our Microsoft 365 proructs. I found a template app named "Microsoft 365 Usage Analytics", which appear to do most of items I need. I want to add more visualizations to it and then republish the new version as an organization app for my staff to use. As it has customizations and these are not for the general public, I don't want this to be a template app.

The Power BI Admin needs to add you to the workspace as Member and you can download the PBIX

You edit your report and republish it.
