Copy a report to My Workspace

How can a person copy a report to My Workspace so they can do with it what they please?  Thanks!

Hi @Razorbx13, there might be another option.

If the report is published via an app in a new workspace, a user with the Build permission can copy the report to My Workspace.

You can read more about this option here: Copy a report in an app.

Hi @Razorbx13 ,

Based on my test, Power BI doesn't support to copy a report to My worksapce currently.

One workaround, you can create one new workspace (not classic workspace) for your own test.

Then, select the destination workspace to save a copy of the report. These destination workspaces can only be new workspaces.

That's too bad.  That means PowerBI service users have to install the desktop to download and upload to My Workspace correct?  Was hoping they could copy a report to My Workspace in the service, which seems like a logical thing to do.
