Copilot availability - I'm in a region that I know has copilot, but I can't see it

Hi, I'm just trying to find an answer for exactly "how" CoPilot is being rolled out. Our tenant is in a region that I know has CoPilot (YouTube vids showing people turning it on that are in the North Central US region, where our tenant is located), and we have a P2 premium capacity - but I don't see the options for it. 

I assumed it would roll out region by region, but it seems like maybe even within a region like North Central US it might not roll out to everyone at once. Does this seem correct, or is their potentially something up with our tenant?

The documentation does make it sound like it should be available already for P1 / F64 or higher.

Sorry @AlexisOlson  I searched but your thread didn't come up. One thing I did note is that the documentation says "It becomes available to you automatically as a new setting in the Fabric admin portal when it's rolled out to your tenant." I think ??? that implies it's actually not region by region, but it's definitely not super clear.

Nothing to be sorry about. I didn't create that thread (I just chimed in like in this one) and I think this topic does need additional attention. It's definitely not clear to me and I spent a while trying to figure it out.
