Concurrency limit error - Power Bi export to file with Embed capacity using logic apps

Dear Members,

In our organation, we are trying to send power bi reports exported as pdf's applying rls to end users through email.

The plan is to send exported reports to 1000+ users on monthy basis.

While using logic apps to export the report pdf and sending emails the logic apps is showing error as

"ActionFailed. An action failed. No dependent actions succeeded." "Bad request"

Tried the same senario using Power automate. After exporting and sending 8 pdf reports the same error occred with additional information .

"RootActivityId(e922b1b5-ad1b-4fca-b93d-c1924c9b837e): You have exceeded the concurrency limit for the Export To File API. Consider reducing the number of concurrent pages being exported."

Is this issue related to the concurrency limitation? We have embed capacity. Do we need to upgrade to premium capacity?

Need need help regarding the iisue and how to solve the use case of sending exported pdf to 1000+ end users monthy.

Hi @AnilGudap666

What typically happens is you can only have a certain amount of API calls per hour in the power bi service. And you could potentially be hitting a higher limit.

What I would suggest in your Logic App or Power Automate is to put in a delay timer for say 1-5 minutes per iteration of sending out each email which then might get it below the API limit?
