Hi I'm hosting a PowerBI with below description:

- Direct query from AAS

- And import from excel

The issue I'm encountering: some users can access the report but can't view the data, but most others can access the data normally under the same report

This error typically occurs when the authentication process requires MFA, but the redirect URL used during the sign-in process is not secure (non-HTTPS) or the MFA setup is not correctly configured to work with Power BI.

Make sure that all URLs used in the authentication chain are secured with HTTPS. This is a common requirement for ADAL to function correctly. 

Verify that your MFA setup is correctly configured to work with Power BI. If you're using a non-Microsoft MFA solution, ensure it's correctly relaying the MFA verification status to Microsoft's identity platform. More details on this can be found:

it looks like the user have not  completed the MFA process to proceed with authentication successfully, you can ask your developer to handle this error by redirecting the user to comple the mfa process.

i mean ask your admin to give option to complete the MFA process to user who face this error. like when we go to some website without account then when we try to login with our email then the error messages pops up that you dont have an account, and we are redirected to the webpage that gives us option to create an account. this error is handled from admins end.
