Clear cache ?

Hi friends,

In PowerBI service (.com), is there a possibitlity that our report is wrong because of some sort of cache problem ? And how to clear cache if that so ?

Coz I just found some weird issue whereby I can see my report clearly, but not my colleage.

I'm pretty sure I didn;t put any Role based security, and the fact there is 1 KPI & 1 chart showing, it is weird. And there is no addition filter on it.

Any idea why ? and how to resolve this ? I believe the person already tried to reload the page though so probably more need to do, which I'm not sure right now.

Hi @admin_xlsior ,

If this is a cache issue, that would be in the browser of the user.  So, have the user clear their cache in their browser.  Also, have the person refresh their visuals on their page:
