Hi, can I check if I allow a user to reshare the dashboard online, would I know who the external party that was invited by the user is?
For example,
If I allow user A to reshare my dashboard online, and user A shares my dashboard with user B,
would I know who is user B? Or would I only be notified that user A is viewing my dashboard under the "Dashboard Usage Metrics"?
Because in this way, the permission function is not helpful, because there can be many parties that reshare my dashboard as a result.
Hi , @Anonymous
Based on your requirement description, you want to see some detail info regarding the user sharing dashboards within your tenant. If correct, I suggested you to go to the Admin portal->Audit logs to use the query information feature about user operations "Power BI Share" to get the detailed sharing operation in the detailed timestamp for your reference:
