Change date format from dd/mm/yyyy to yyyy-mm-dd

When I create a dataflow, the date format change automatically to dd/mm/yyyy despite the format is yyyy-mm-dd in my original Excal File.

Tried to change in the power query "Transform - Data Type -  use regional settings" but nothing changed.

Note I'm using microsoft edge.

Please clarify what changes to what. Your title and description contradict each other.

Preferred date format is ISO 8601.

Hi All,

I'm struggling with the follwing issue. I have a very basic measure LOOKUPVALUE which brings me my financial period on the basis of today date.

This is how the date shows in my calendar date in desktop.

It is working very well in Desktop. However, when I publish and refresh it does not work anymore and it affects all the measures in my report.

I think he problem is that my calendar date is setteled as a dataflow and it shows me the date Format as follows.

I guess this change in the format makes my measure not working any more because my vlookup measure returns an empty value.

I have tried to change the data type to date using regional settings in the online query editor.

Changed the Project regional settings in the online query editor sa well.

I changed also the browser language settings also.
