Certain Users of the reports are not able to view data in a table

We have a power bi report setup for the business team so that they can view and analyse the data. The issue is that I as a developer can look at all the visuals in the report but there are certain users in our company that can see everything else but the data is not displayed for a single table visual. Everything else works fine it is just this table visual where they see empty data. Note that most if not all of the people can see this visual with data being populated it is only two of the users which have complained about there being no data in the table.

Has your problem been solved?
Is it due to the fact that these two users do not have access to the data source of the visual presentation (RLS is set)
Or is it that the filters area has a conditional format set?

Please check if the users experiencing issues have the following conditions:
Row-Level Security (RLS) in the report: If the dataset of the report has row-level security enabled, only users with the appropriate permissions can see the data. Please check the row-level security settings of the dataset to ensure these users have permission to view the data.
Data filtering issues: Certain data filters in the report might be causing these users to not see the data. This could be due to accidental errors when accessing the report. Please check the data filter settings in the report for the users experiencing issues to ensure they are not filtering out the data.
Check the data source credentials used in the report: These users might not have permission to access the report's data source. Please ensure these users have access to the data source.

I think the biggest possibility is the problem with data filtering. Because according to your screenshot, the problem exists only in one visual and not in multiple visuals in the report.

Hi @laraibmahdi ,

As the issue is only appearing for two users, can you check with them if they have any filters on their end which is stopping the data from getting populated?

It could be any filter - visual level, page level or report level or may be slicers on the report page.
