Hello everyone
I've been using this method for a couple of months and everything worked perfectly for me and my teammates - in Excel i used to press - get data - from power bi datasets - and then the list of available datasets appeared - then i choose one of them and get pivottable.
Something changed now - and when i press "from power bi datasets" i get an error instead of list - "an error occurred when trying to fetch list of datasets"
FetchDatasets was unsuccessfull
RequestID: ab4e99ea-c1a0-e0b6-c10f-359931cf7872
Some of my teammates have same problems, some other teammates - still can access datasets as before
Each of us has Pro-license in power-bi service
I have donwloaded and installed "analyze for excel updates" but it didnt help
How can i fix this?
thanks in advance

I've opened a ticket in PowerBI support - and support manager has fixed the problem
I'm not facing such issue right now, so its fixed
Thanks a lot

Yep. More and more of my co-workers (who are all Pro license users in Power BI) are getting this same error as of today. The first person to encounter it ran into the problem last Friday, and now three more are seeing it today.
I suspect that maybe there was something updated via Windows Update that is the culprit? That's my best guess since it seems to be kind of staggered across otherwise identical environments from an account/licensing perspective.
