Cant access from outside network VPN

Can you guys help me with..?

Is there any blocked list for vpn or ips brs?

We have a partner who was always able to access a certain url, but now he must access through a VPN and when trying to connect, an error occurs.

It should work unless your organization has a firewall that is blocking this URL. And to make sure that this site is added to local trusted sites.

If none of the above mentioned is a problem, then the user's problem may be due to access to the public network being blocked by the administrator.

• Admins can block public internet access

Log in into the app.powerbi.com as an administrator, and navigate to the Admin portal. Select Tenant settings and scroll to the Advanced networking section. Enable the toggle button in the Block Public Internet Access section, as shown in the following image. It takes approximately 15 minutes for the system to disable your organization's access to Power BI from the public Internet.

And that's it - after following these steps, Power BI for your organizations is only accessible from private endpoints, and not accessible from the public Internet.

His VPN is blocking it, not the service. This download has a list of all Azure IP addresses, including those used by Power BI, that they need to open up in their VPN.
