Cannot unselect slicer selection once published, but works in desktop

Hello,

I have multiple slicers for choosing date selections.  One for years, one for months, and a third for YTD, MTD, QTD.

That 3rd slicer, I have "Single Select = Off".   In Power BI Desktop, this allows me to unselect a value in that slicer, which essentially enables me to then choose previous years.   Once published however, that slicer forces a selection to be active making it impossible to view previous years.

Any ideas?  Do I need another choice in that slicer for something like "past years" or something?  Weird that it behaves differently in Desktop than on the web....

Deleting the slicer and adding it back with the exact same settings fixed the issue.  weird
