Cannot refresh datasett

I have a report wich use API -datasource. It could not refresh and shows the error as follow. ( This does not use datawateway). I have tried to download this report to my computer and refresh, It works! Can anyone explain me what is the problem with this error? How can we fix it?

Data source error: Scheduled refresh is disabled because at least one data source is missing credentials. To start the refresh again, go to this dataset's settings page and enter credentials for all data sources. Then reactivate scheduled refresh.

Do as it says - refresh the credentials in the dataset settings page in the workspace.
