Cannot export data from PB Cloud but can do in PB Desktop

Hi guys,

im currently encountering a problem that i'm not able to click on the more option button in powerbi cloud to export the data while i can do it in power bi desktop. and its the only matrix have that problem, the other matrixs in the same report still can be exported normally. any ideas ?

i just simply create another page with the same visuals and it work again. i'm not sure its bug or not

hi, @Anonymous 

Do you mean that the other visual in the same report could export the data but just this matrix visual could not?

If possible, could you share your simple sample pbix file for us have a test?
