Here's a screenshot of the error. Also, when I click the "Dataflow storage (preview)" switch, the form doesn't update and I can't save the change (see here). I had to update other information in the form in order to enable the "Save" button.
I was able to enable dataflow storage when creating a new workspace, although I'm still struggling with another issue.
