Cannot create a group

Hi Team,

 

We are not able to create a group workspace its showing below error.

Something went wrong.

Couldnot create the group.

Please try again later or contact support.if you contact support ,please provide these details.

Thanks for the response.Now we are also able to create the new group workspace.

Is that depend on the monthly update.

Hi @Smruti,

I can reproduce your issue when creating Group in Power BI Service. We have reported this issue internally and the team is working on this. I will post back once I get any update.

Yes we have pro licenses,have created two work group previou to this post.but now its not allowing me to create a new group workspace.

We are able to create new groups in Power BI. Please check if group works in your side.
