Can you send an email with specific KPI outside of your organisation

Hi Power Bi community

I have a customer who wants Power BI to send an email to him when specifik KPI has been achieved. The problem is that he is outside my organisation. Is their a way to make sure that he still can get Emails from my power BI repport?

Hi @ThomasWeppler 

You would first need some mechanism, such as an alert, in order to know when to send the specific KPI to an external user. Once you have got those requirements done, you could either send an email using a report subscription or you could use power automate to send out the subscription once the alert is triggered.
