Can we make the spinning wheel animation more prominent ?

Hi All,

When Power BI Service is loading a report, it shows a spinning wheel to indicate that it is busy.

Example:

You can see the outline of the wheel under the aphabet 'B' of the word Body

Challenge

Some of our users reported that they were not even aware there was a spinning wheel

Desired

Can we have a spinner animation which is as follows?

Maybe instead of a spinner, you could consider adding an animated skeleton?

Unfortunately the current solution is not very visible and clear to the users.
